Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line baking trays with baking paper paper and set aside.</br>
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.</br>
3. In a separate mixing bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and sugar together for 1-2 minutes or until well combined. Mix in the eggs, then mix in the vanilla extract.</br>
4. Slowly add in the dry ingredients and continue mixing until just combined. Then mix in the white chocolate chunks and Ocean Spray(R) Craisins(R) until combined.</br>
5. Using a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough and drop onto the prepared baking sheets. Make sure to leave room between each ball of cookie dough.</br>
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned. Remove from the oven and cool for 5-10 minutes..</br>

OPTION FOR GIFTING: </br> To make the cookie mix in a 1 litre glass jar, layer the following ingredients as follows:</br>
1st layer: Blended flour, baking soda and salt.</br>
2nd layer: White chocolate chunks</br>
3rd layer: Ocean Spray® Craisins® </br> Close lid, tie with decorative ribbon, and attach tag with additional wet ingredients to add and baking instructions.</br>
